Axiom Performance Medicine serves men 18+ in every city in Washington. You must be physically in Washington during each visit, and you'll need a Washington address for meds and labs. Start your intake. If you're a fit, you'll get your lab draw at a Quest or Labcorp patient service center you choose near you. Find one with the Quest locator or the Labcorp locator. Then you meet Timothy Shawn Dannels, ARNP, FNP-BC by secure video.
From Bellevue and the Eastside, Spokane, Tacoma and Pierce County, Vancouver and Clark County, or anywhere else in the state, your visits happen by secure video from home or a private room. You pick a local lab site for your draw. You pay for your initial labs at the price the lab charges us, with no markup. Memberships and prices are on our membership page.
