Care starts with a baseline lab panel. Your clinician reads it with your age, symptoms and history in mind.
Your membership covers the follow-up labs your clinician orders on our standard schedule. You pay for three kinds of labs: your first labs, labs after a later dose change (for TRT), and any add-on labs. You pay our cost, with no markup. Before we order any lab you'll pay for, we'll tell you the price.
We order labs through Fullscript, and you get them drawn at a participating lab in Washington.
First-visit deposit: $99, non-refundable, paid together with your first labs. Once results are in, you book the visit by invite link, with nothing more to pay. Medications aren't included in membership. You pay for them separately.
A comprehensive baseline panel, drawn early in the morning and fasting before your initial visit. You pay our cost, with no markup. It's the ground truth your plan is built on.
CBC, CMP, the full hormone axis, thyroid, metabolic markers, and PSA (a prostate blood test).
If you're on TRT, these are your follow-up panels. After you start treatment, we typically repeat labs at 6–8 weeks, again about 6 months in, then about every 6 months with a yearly comprehensive panel, as your clinician directs. These are included in membership.
Drawn at trough once levels have settled, so the adjustment is based on steady state.
Ongoing safety and response checks for as long as you're on therapy.
Panels are illustrative. Your clinician may add or remove tests based on your history, medications, and prior results.
