Founding member pricing
Founding pricing for the first 25 members.
Founding spots are limited to 25 total across TRT and Axiom Complete.
Founding rates stay with you as long as your membership is continuous.
Your founding monthly membership rate won't increase as long as your membership stays continuously active. If your membership ends, founding pricing ends, and rejoining is at the then-current regular rate. Founding pricing applies to the monthly membership rate; medications, labs outside your membership and the $99 first-visit deposit are priced separately.

What's included

What's separate
Imaging and procedures, if ever needed, are billed by the provider. We'll tell you what to expect before anything is ordered.
Laboratory testing
You pay for your first labs at our cost, with no markup, together with a $99 non-refundable deposit toward your first visit. Scheduled follow-up labs are included. Our Labs page explains which labs you pay for. Details are set out in the membership agreement.
Insurance, HSA, and FSA
Axiom does not bill insurance or submit claims. You may be able to use HSA/FSA funds for some services. Check with your plan administrator; membership fees may not qualify.
Cancellation
Membership renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel in your portal, by email or by voicemail. You keep access through the month you've paid for. If you're on a medication that needs monitoring, we'll talk through a planned transition with your clinician before you go. If your membership ends, founding pricing ends (see Founding member pricing above).
