Telehealth notice for Washington patients

Axiom serves adults 18 and older who are physically located in Washington State at the time of each visit and have a Washington address for prescriptions and lab work. If you're traveling outside Washington, we'll reschedule your visit for when you're back.

Your part

Join visits from a private setting and confirm your location at the start of each one. Have a working camera and microphone. If a connection drops, we'll reschedule.

Limits of telehealth

Some conditions and medications require in-person evaluation. If that applies to you, we'll say so and help you find appropriate care. Telehealth is not for emergencies; in an emergency, call 911.

Prescribing

Prescriptions, including controlled substances such as testosterone, are issued only when clinically appropriate and in accordance with Washington and federal law, with the documentation and follow-up those medications require.
