How telehealth testosterone care works in Washington
If you live in Washington and want a testosterone evaluation without sitting in a waiting room, here's how it works with Axiom, from the first video visit to follow-up labs. Care is by secure video for adults located in Washington State. A first visit is an evaluation; treatment is prescribed only when your labs and clinician evaluation support it.
You need to be in Washington during the visit
Your clinician is licensed in Washington. You must be physically in Washington during each visit. Seattle, Spokane, Vancouver and small towns in between all count. We'll confirm your location at the start of each visit. If you're on a trip out of state, we'll move the visit to a day you're back. You'll also need a Washington address for prescriptions and lab work. Telehealth notice →
Your labs are drawn close to home
We order labs through Fullscript, with local lab draw options (such as Quest or Labcorp). Your first panel is drawn early in the morning, fasting, before your first visit, so your clinician has real numbers to work from. What the panel covers →
What it costs
- First visit by video: $99 non-refundable deposit, paid with your initial labs.
- Labs you pay for: your first labs, labs after a later dose change (for TRT), and any add-on labs. You pay our cost, with no markup. Before we order any lab you'll pay for, we'll tell you the price.
- Membership: if you start treatment, follow-up labs on our standard schedule are included.
- Medications aren't included in membership. You pay for them separately.
What your Good Faith Estimate lists
Because we're cash-pay, you get a written Good Faith Estimate before care. It lists the expected visit and membership charges and the expected lab costs you pay (at our cost, with no markup). It also names possible cancellation or no-show fees as a possible extra charge that isn't part of the total. Medications aren't on it. Your rights under the No Surprises Act →
Who you'll work with
Your care is provided by Timothy Shawn Dannels, ARNP, FNP-BC. Brandon Morris, Administrator, handles scheduling and billing questions. Send a message in the patient portal and we aim to reply within 1 to 2 days. Phone and telehealth hours: 9 AM–8 PM PT, 7 days. For emergencies, call 911.
If you decide to stop
Cancel in your patient portal, by email or by voicemail. Portal cancellations take effect right away: your membership won't renew, and you keep access through the end of the month you've paid for. Email and voicemail requests are processed within 1 to 2 days. Cancellation Policy →
