Getting started: here's what to expect
Axiom is a telehealth clinic for adults 18 and older located in Washington State. Here's how it works, step by step.
How it works
Intake
Initial labs
Your initial lab panel (you pay what the lab charges us, with no markup), the blood draw fee and a $99 deposit toward your first video visit, paid together. See our cancellation policy for when it's refundable.
Your visit
Once your results are in, we send you a link to schedule a secure video visit with Timothy Shawn Dannels, ARNP, FNP-BC, our nurse practitioner.
Your written plan
Treatment is prescribed only when your history and labs support it. Membership is separate and starts only if you start treatment.
A few plain facts
- Telehealth only. Visits are by secure video, and you need to be physically in Washington for each visit.
- Some situations may call for an in-person exam. If yours does, we'll explain why and how to arrange it.
- We don't bill insurance, so our visits need no prior authorization.
- We are unable to accept Medicare patients.
